Get involved with the holiday show!

Crafty Supermarket’s holiday show is huge: 100 handmade vendors come from all around the Midwest to flaunt their best work for thousands of shoppers. To help us make the craft show the best it can be, we enlist volunteers and work with sponsors — and here’s how you can get involved:

Volunteering

At our big holiday show on Nov. 28 at the Music Hall Ballroom, we have a couple of opportunities for people to help out. (And when you assist us for a couple hours, you’ll get one of our famous swag bags!) Volunteers help us out in one of four areas: helping shoppers know where everything is, assisting vendors who need a break, helping load in at the beginning of the day and cleaning up at the end of the day. You can learn more and submit your info here. We’ll get back to you a few weeks before the show with the schedule. (Note that we sometimes get more volunteer applications than we can take, but we’ll get back to you either way!)

Partnerships

We work with all kinds of local organizations who love handmade and want to help spread the word. From arts nonprofits and landmark institutions to DIY shops and enterprises, if you support the maker movement, we’d love to work with you! holiday show applications are now closed!

Applications for the Crafty Supermarket holiday craft show are now closed! We will let everyone who applied know about their acceptance status by Sept. 15.

Accepted crafters will have until Oct. 1 to pay their table fee. If you don’t pay your table fee by Oct. 1, we’ll offer the space to another crafter who applied before the deadline.

I missed the deadline! Can I still apply?

We get more applications for the show than we can accept, so we can’t allow any late applications out of fairness to crafters who applied before the deadline. If a spot opens up from a vendor being unable to attend the show, we select alternates from the people who applied before the deadline.

  • The Red Door Project: This mobile art show moves to Covington, KY, for a show opening Friday, Sept. 25.
  • Cincinnati Street Food Festival: Get some good eats in Walnut Hills on Saturday, Sept. 26.
  • OFF Market: Shop your way around Oakley Square on Saturday, Sept. 26.
  • Art Off Pike: Covington’s urban arts festival takes over Pike Street on Sunday, Sept. 27.
  • Cincinnati Design Week: AIGA and Agar are bringing amazing designers to the Queen City the whole week of Sept. 28 to Oct. 2.
  • OFFF Cincinnati: The Contemporary Arts Center hosts this one-day creative conference on Wednesday, Sept. 30.
