partner up with crafty supermarket!
We couldn’t make our indie craft show happen without the love we get from local and national arts organizations and businesses. Do you want to support Cincinnati’s biggest handmade market? Read on!
In the last four years, Crafty Supermarket has grown to attract thousands shoppers from Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and beyond, as well as dozens of makers from all over the Eastern U.S. Our shoppers and vendors believe in the power of handmade and put high value on ethically, sustainably and locally made goods. We rely on the support of arts organizations and likeminded businesses to sustain and grow our event. Our sponsors have ranged from retail shops and nonprofit arts organizations in the Cincinnati area to crafty businesses from further away and national enterprises who love craft, like Mailchimp and Spoonflower.
Our holiday craft show on Nov. 23 will have more than 80 high-caliber crafters, makers and artisans, and we expect more than 3,000 shoppers. Our show programs (1,000+ will be printed) have information about our vendors, plus information and ads from sponsors. Sponsoring Crafty Supermarket can include a listing for your business on our website and an ad in the program, plus opportunities to have materials in our swag bags and signage on site at the show. We’re also totally into coming up with unique ways to work together and spread the love. The deadline for sponsors for our spring show is Oct. 1, 2013. Contact us if you’re interested in partnering up with Crafty Supermarket!
We also give away 130 swag bags to the first lucky shoppers of the day and our trusty volunteers. If you’d like to contribute promo items for your local business or crafty enterprise, please send 130 pieces by Nov. 15, 2013, to: Fabricate, attn: Crafty Supermarket, 4037 Hamilton Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45223. (If you’re in the city, you can drop your swag off during normal Fabricate hours in a box or bag labeled Crafty Supermarket!)
What makes for great swag? Ideally, the items should be fun while also promoting your business! Some great swag ideas include buttons, product samples, mini prints, coupons, magnets and pencils. Please make sure your swag will stay in one piece and does not have any protruding sharp ends — we build the swag bags by hand!
Remember! Crafter applications for our holiday show are open until Sept. 1.
