Check out our sweet holiday show vendors!

Time to start making your shopping list: Our holiday show vendor list is live! Thanks to the extra space in the UC Rec Center’s gymnasium, we have 30 more vendors and still more elbow room for shoppers than last year! Our 130 vendors represent a dozen states, from as far away as Georgia and New York, and a third of them are totally new to Crafty Supermarket!

You can RSVP for the show here — it’s totally free for shoppers! — and invite all your friends! Here are some of the cool kids who will be selling at Crafty Supermarket for the first time on Nov. 19:

We get more applications for the show than we can accept, so we can’t allow any late applications out of fairness to crafters who applied before the deadline. If a spot opens up from a vendor being unable to attend the show, we select alternates from the people who applied before the deadline.

We have to level with you: Selecting the vendors for our craft show gets harder every year. Us two organizers spend multiple days going through all the applications, reviewing photos and comparing notes to narrow down the applicants to the final lineup. All that being said, we have made our decisions and you can see the whole lineup here! Our spring crafters represent six states, coming from as far away as Georgia, and more than a quarter of them are new to our show!

Below are some of the new-to-us vendors who will be at our spring craft show on Saturday, May 7, 2016, at the Clifton Cultural Arts Center in Cincinnati. You can RSVP and invite a friend in our Facebook event!

Applications for Crafty Supermarket’s 2016 spring craft show are now closed! We will let everyone who applied know about their acceptance status by March 15.

Accepted crafters will have until April 1 to pay their table fee. If you don’t pay your table fee by April 1, we’ll offer the space to another crafter who applied before the deadline.

I missed the deadline! Can I still apply?

We get more applications for the show than we can accept, so we can’t allow any late applications out of fairness to crafters who applied before the deadline. If a spot opens up from a vendor being unable to attend the show, we select alternates from the people who applied before the deadline.

You’ve been waiting to find out who’s going to be at our spring show, and we spent days going through the applications to select the 50 crafters. And finally you can see the vendor list here! Our spring crafters represent eight states, coming from as far away as New York and North Carolina, and more than a third of them are new to our show!
