Our holiday show yesterday was a huge success—thanks to all our amazing crafters and the 2,100 shoppers who came out to see us! Our trusty volunteers were integral to making the show work—we hope you liked the swag bags! The Clifton Cultural Arts Center was bustling with activity all day, and the fun just would not quit, thanks to PROJECTMILL DJ Ben Davis.
We also have to give a shoutout to our awesome food vendors: Cafe de Wheels, Dojo Gelato, La Terza Artisan Coffee Roasterie, Sweet Peace Bakery and Picnic and Pantry. Thank you for keeping us well fed and caffeinated!

Holy crap, Crafty Supermarket is tomorrow! Here are all the deets you need to have fun at the show:
TIME: The show is open and free to the public at the Clifton Cultural Arts Center (see below for directions) from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010.
SWAG: The first shoppers of the day will get one of our 100 swag bags, filled with delightful freebies!
CRAFTS: We’ll have 50 amazing craft vendors at the show — browse through our recent posts to see examples of their work!
FOOD: Get food and drinks from Cafe de Wheels, Picnic and Pantry, Sweet Peace Bakery, La Terza Coffee and Dojo Gelato!
MONEY: Some vendors are able to accept credit cards or checks, but your best bet is to bring cash. There’s no ATM on site — the closest ATMs are on Ludlow Avenue.
WHERE? Crafty Supermarket is happening at the Clifton Cultural Arts Center in Cincinnati’s Gaslight District. The address is 3711 Clifton Ave., right at the corner of Clifton and McAlpin avenues. The CCAC building now has an elevator and is wheelchair-accessible!

You may have seen our little fliers around Cincinnati announcing the holiday show on Nov. 20. You know our awesome official show posters? The ones we silkscreen by hand before each show? Yeah, those are coming soon. :)
Great news: The Clifton Cultural Arts Center‘s elevator is nearly complete! The ribbon-cutting will be within the next week or two, and it will be fully operable in time for Crafty Supermarket! Accessible buildings = awesome for everybody.
The elevator is housed in that glass tower you see on the left, branded with CCAC. It’s just around the corner from the main entrance we used at the last show. (That’ll still be the main entrance with steps.)

We’ve got the list posted of more than 50 great crafters who will be at our holiday show on Nov. 20!
Remember, the show will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., but the first shoppers of the day will get one of our 100 swag bags of crafty goodies!

We’ll be giving away 100 swag bags to the first lucky shoppers of the day (and our loyal volunteers). It’s a great way to get the word out about your shop, services or event to a crowd that’s really hip! Last time, the swag bags included coupons for local businesses, stickers from Buy Olympia, ceramic brooches, magazines, scrapbooking materials, fabric, buttons, business cards and more! People line up hours ahead of the show to get a swag bag—they are that good.
Note: No pornographic, racist, sexist or vulgar materials will be used in the swag bags, and we reserve the right to refuse any materials. Keep it friendly!

Want to be a Crafty Supermarket volunteer? We need people to help out in two-hour shifts on the day of the show (Saturday, Nov. 20, from about 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.), doing things like:
