How to Apply

Hey, hey makers! The application for the Crafty Supermarket’s 2025 holiday indie craft show on Saturday, November 29 will be open July 15-September 1! We will let everyone who applied know about their acceptance status by September 15, 2025.

The next spring show will be held at Music Hall Ballroom on TBD. The application will open on January 15-March 1, 2026. Vendors will be notified of acceptance by March 15, 2026.

Our past holiday shows have drawn between 2,000-5,000+ shoppers at our handmade market with a live DJ, hands-on craft activities, local food and free swag bags for the first 100 shoppers!

HOW TO APPLY

Please read our Crafter FAQ before you apply. We promise it’s worth the read.

In the online application, you’ll be asked to upload up to five images in JPG, GIF or PNG format. (The images should be at least 400×600 pixels but no bigger than 1 MB in size each.) Please name your files in this format: BusinessName1.jpgBusinessName2.jpg, and so on. (If you need help resizing your images, try a free service such as ShrinkPictures.)

There’s a nonrefundable application fee of $15. (You’ll be guided to pay via PayPal when you complete the application. If you need help, PayPal has tutorials on its website — click on the Send Money tab.) The vendor fee for our show is $175 for food and maker vendors. The table fee for sponsors is $250.

When you submit the application, you should receive a confirmation message and a confirmation email from us and be taken to PayPal to pay the application fee. If that doesn’t happen, your application might not have gone through — email us to check on it.

We will stop accepting applications at 11:59 p.m. March 1. We’ll notify all crafter applicants of their acceptance status by March 15. Due to the volume of applications that we receive, we do not accept late applications and we do not give individual feedback on applicants. Thanks for your interest!
